When: Paid once viewings begin or administrative filings are submitted.

Active lease terms, housing price, and general negotiations on your behalf.
Contract reviews by a leading law firm for our relocation packages.
Phase 3: The Success Slice (30%)
When: Paid upon successful lease signing, property purchase, or final delivery.
What it covers: * Final property handover and key exchange.
Utility setup (Electricity, Water, Internet) and Home concierge.
Activation of your Furniture Allowance (available in select packages).

If you only completed the first or second stage, then the third will not be charged. If only the first is completed, then the second and third will not be charged.
