When purchasing our relocation services, you agree to follow our terms and conditions stated on this page, as well as confirm not to do any of the following:

  • Be untrue or misleading.

  • Violate third-party rights, infringing copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.

  • Distribute or include spam, chain letters, or pyramid schemes.

  • Spread viruses or use other technologies that may harm Instant Relocation Portugal, LDA, its interests, or its property.

  • Unreasonably burden our servers and IT infrastructure or interfere with the operation of Instant Relocation Portugal, LDA.

  • Copy, modify, or distribute other people's content.

  • Please do not use any robots, search robots, scrapers, or other automated means to access Instant Relocation Portugal, LDAs content, or collect content for any purpose without our express consent.

  • Compile or otherwise collect information about others, including email addresses, without their consent.

You agree that any violation of the above terms will immediately cancel your relocation service and forfeit any future refund claim you may have.

Prices and payments

  • You are informed about the price and payment before you purchase the service. Our prices are quoted in EUR, and these may change from time to time.

  • Charges made by short-term listing platforms are not included in our rental search fee. They charge a separate booking fee for each reservation made based on the length of your stay.

  • EU residents: +23% Local tax (IVA) applies.

Discount offers

Our services: Only 1 discount offer may be used per client/business, and multiple discounts can not be combined for a higher discount.

Validity date

All pre-paid services:
Our services do not expire.

Right of cancellation

  • If you decide to cancel our services for any reason, you can resume them again at a later date and time.

  • Canceling our services does not award a refund if the conditions stated in the refund policy have not been fulfilled.

Refund policy

All prepaid services:

  • Our 30-day refund policy applies to ensure your complete satisfaction with our services.

  • Applies to all prepaid services.

  • Local Tax (IVA) and any discounts will not be refunded.

Refunds can be requested under the following circumstances:

  1. Services can not be completed due to a low rental budget of 900€ per month or below.

  2. Services can not be completed due to a short-term rental period of less than 3 months.

  3. Services can not be completed due to utility providers rejecting the application.

Refunds will be denied for the following reasons:

  • No longer moving to Portugal.

  • Have a change of plans or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • You inform us that you wish to cancel the property search within 30 days.

  • The service has been fully delivered or partly completed.

  • You informed us that you found a property on your own.

Payment time frame for refunds:

  • Approved refunds will be paid within 30 business days.

Abuse of Instant Relocation Portugal

  • We encourage you to email us at contact@instantrelocation.com if you experience problems or see offensive content on our website or social media platforms.

  • We reserve the right to remove stored content and take technical and legal measures to exclude users from our site or social media if we believe that they are causing problems or that their actions are inconsistent with the wording or spirit of our policy.

  • We may use some measures, remove stored content, or exclude a user from our site. When using our services, you agree that your content may be displayed on these platforms, social networks, and websites.

Content rights

  • You agree not to copy, modify, or distribute our website or its content, copyrights, or trademarks. Creating Content on Instant Relocations Facebook groups or other social media gives Instant Relocation Portugal, LDA, an unlimited, free, irrevocable right to publish, modify, and make copies of all or part of the content. Included are data, text, and images.

  • Instant Relocation Portugal, LDA uses this right to store and display your ads and for marketing purposes in our network, including the social media platforms mentioned above and our website.

  • Furthermore, you agree to grant Instant Relocation Portugal, LDA. the right to prevent and prosecute third-party copying or unjustified use of all or part of the content you create on our services, including in cases of crawling of Instant Relocation Portugal, LDA. Services to which the content is transferred.

  • Nothing in these terms restricts your rights to use the content, including data, text, and images you create on the Instant Relocation Portugal, LDA’s website, or social media.

Security

  • Send an email to contact@instantrelocation.com if you wish to unsubscribe from our emails.

  • You can unsubscribe at any time. However, you cannot unsubscribe for the first 24 hours for technical reasons. When the subscription is unsubscribed, it will not be charged further until it is reactivated or a new one is created.

Responsibility for content creation

  • Instant Relocation Portugal, LDA is entitled to remove content from its portal without notice if we deem it necessary to terminate, infringe, or comply with any third party or any local laws.

  • Instant Relocation Portugal, LDA. also reserves the right to remove content that violates our advertising rules, harms Instant Relocation’s goodwill, or is otherwise inappropriate for our platform.

  • Instant Relocation Portugal, LDA. reviews the content you create on our social media to ensure that it does not infringe on the rights of third parties or its legality.

  • You agree to indemnify Instant Relocation Portugal, LDA, for any loss suffered and reimburse any reasonable costs that may be incurred due to content created on Instant Relocation Portugal, LDA, and its social media platforms, including Facebook property groups.

Personal Information

When using websites and Facebook groups with services provided by Instant Relocation Portugal, LDA, you agree that Instant Relocation Portugal, LDA (the data controller) collects, transfers, stores, and uses your personal information on servers located in the European Union. You are responsible for the accuracy of the personal information you provide.

In General

  • These terms and the other related terms set out at Instant Relocation Portugal, LDA, constitute the entire agreement between Instant Relocation Portugal, LDA, and you and supersede all prior agreements.

  • Other terms and conditions relating to a specific product or service offered by Instant Relocation Portugal, LDA shall take precedence over these general terms in case of any discrepancies.

  • This agreement is governed by local laws in Portugal. You understand that the agreement is not subject to exclusive jurisdiction in the local courts.

  • If Instant Relocation Portugal, LDA does not enforce any special provision, this does not mean we have waived our right to do so later. The remaining conditions will still apply if a court finds any of these conditions invalid.

  • We may assign this agreement at our sole discretion based on the following provisions regarding notification thereof.

  • We will send messages to you via the WhatsApp number and email address you specify.

Changes to Terms

Instant Relocation Portugal, LDA is constantly developing. We, therefore, reserve the right to change current terms and prices without notice. These terms were last updated on 31 March 2025.
